All e-mail addresses are checked with equal priority, and during opening hours you will recieve a reply (or conformation of reciept) within a couple of hours at most! Emails are always answered by a relevant member of the team so that we can provide the answers you need.

If you do not recieve a reply from us within 24 hours, it's most likely that you have an email filter in place that is stopping our reply from reaching you. Please check that your email client is set to allow all incoming emails from the domain 'kustompcs.co.uk'. This will ensure that you recieve our reply quickly. Please be aware that we don't use your email address for marketing purposes or mail shots, and will only contact you regarding an order you place with us or in response to an enquiry.
At this stage, we don't offer telephone based sales support. We are aware that some firms may give an 'email only' service a bad reputation, but we assure you - we respond to ALL queries very quickly with relevant and helpful answers and do not use e-mail as a way of 'avoiding' the things we don't want to see ! By using email, we can manage our time better for the sake of providing an efficient service and correspondence will be kept on record so that no details will be missed or lost.

Saturday is a 'shop front' only day - mail order items are processed Monday to Friday only. eg place an order after 3pm on Friday and it will be processed / despatched on Monday. Our address and company details:

Directions From A77 (Kilmarnock / Glasgow) : - At Monkton Roundabout, take the first exit signposted Ayr and continue straight out at the next roundabout.
- At Whitlletts Roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted Ayr and Racecourse.
- Continue straight on past Tesco and the Racecourse, and go straight on (2nd exit) at King St Roundabout.
- Turn left at the end of the street, cross the river bridge and continue to the top of the Sandgate.
- Keep right and take the 3rd exit on the mini-roundabout to enter Fort St.
- Kustom PCs are about 300 yards along Fort St, on the right hand side through a sandstone archway. The archway sits between Budget Tyre / Exhaust centre and the rear entrance to the West Kirk weatherspoons pub.
Directions from Prestwick - Continue along Prestwick Main Street and Ayr Road.
- Continue straight past Heathfield crossroads.
- Continue straight across the mini roundabout (2nd exit) on to Alison street.
- At King St roundabout (Ayr Police station), take the third exit
- Turn left at the end of the street, cross the river bridge and continue to the top of the Sandgate.
- Keep right and take the 3rd exit on the mini-roundabout to enter Fort St.

Directions from Ayr Bus Station - Bus Station is located at the top of the Sandgate. Fort Street is the road almost parallel to the Sandgate, cross the street at Sandgate and pass the Wellington cafe chip shop, turn right onto Fort Street.

Directions from Ayr Train Station - Exit the station via the side where the ticket office is. Cross the car park and walk towards the Odeon cinema.
- Looking away from the entrance of the Cinema, the second road on the left is Dalblair Road
- Follow Dalblair road, curves to the right
- At the roundabout (Ramada Jarvis hotel), follow the second exit on to Fullarton Street.
- Follow Fullarton street, past the bus station
- Fort Street is the 2nd exit of the roundabout.

If driving into the premises, please park in the bay area on the right hand side, so that the lane has clear access for pedestrians or deliveries.
